Visual Presentations

Below you will find a variety of presentation decks that I have worked on during my college career. These are the original submissions, allowing you to see the development in my style and how the purpose of each presentation is accomplished.

COVID-19 DMAIC Process

In this project, my team and I used the DMAIC process to approach the problem statement exploring the relationship between partial & complete vaccinations and covid positivity rates. This project is in the context of business-to-business marketing.

The DMAIC process is a problem-solving structure as follows:

  • Define

  • Measure

  • Analyze

  • Improve &

  • Control

My role in this project was to introduce and define the problem, how our learnings lead us to narrow our focus of the data to three regions on three dates. I also formatted the measure slides and the measurements I conducted can be found in the associated Excel Workbook. I then developed the comprehensive data, root cause analysis, improvements, and control.

My role was to build the presentation deck and determine the benefits, conclusion, and recommendations for this project. I conducted my own research as well as used class content.

Data Analytics

For a business core class at Daniels College of Business, I designed this presentation for my group to present given the analyses we completed on the data. The product is tea, the brand is "exTEAvagant," and this was completed as a first-year student.
